Return & Refund Policy

At Threads&T, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Eligible for Return

A return request will be accepted only in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged.
  • Wrong product received.
  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Missing item(s) in the package.

All return requests are subject to approval by our support team.


3. Size Exchange Policy

We understand that sizing can sometimes be challenging.

If you receive the correct product but require a different size:

  • One size exchange is available within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Shipping charges for size exchanges may be borne by the customer or Threads&T depending on the specific case. Our support team will guide you after reviewing your request.

Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order, as returns are not accepted for incorrect size selection.


4. Conditions for Return & Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be unwashed.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be free from perfume, stains, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Before returning any product, customers must contact our support team for approval.

Please provide your:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Product photos (if requested)

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Do not ship any product without prior approval from Threads&T.


6. Return Shipping

Return shipping arrangements depend on the nature of the request.

In most cases:

  • Customers will be responsible for returning the product.
  • In eligible cases, Threads&T may arrange pickup or provide alternative return instructions.

Our support team will confirm the applicable process after reviewing your request.


7. Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval.
  • Online payments made through Razorpay (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be requested to provide valid bank account or UPI details to receive the refund.

Processing times by banks and payment providers may vary.


8. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer (Size exchange only, subject to eligibility)
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Didn't like the colour or design
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Sale or discounted products (unless received damaged or incorrect)
  • Used, washed, altered, or worn products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
