If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be processed.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations.

Threads&T does not store your complete payment information.

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by weather, courier issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Our Return & Exchange Policy forms part of these Terms.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged products, incorrect products, manufacturing defects, or missing items.
  • Size exchanges are available within 7 days, subject to product availability and eligibility.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or products that have been used are not eligible for return.
