Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sales, festivals, or peak seasons, order processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–6 Business Days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 Business Days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability and your location.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- We may offer Free Shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email, along with your tracking details (where available).
Delivery Delays

Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.
If the delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Customer unavailable
- Incorrect address
- Customer refusal
the order may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:

- The wrong product
- A product with a manufacturing defect
- Missing item(s)
